Outrigger Royal Sea Cliff
Outrigger Royal Sea Cliff rises high above a lava rock bluff looking out toward the sea. The terraced design provides for uninterrupted ocean views. The central courtyard, with cascading stream, tropical flowers, and flowing vines is a peaceful garden retreat.

tours, and impromptu shopping.
Lovely gardens, ponds, and waterfalls dot the grounds of this condominium resort located cliff-side in Kona, just 2 miles from golf courses. Lawn terraces feature panoramic ocean views, while coconut trees frame saltwater and freshwater swimming pools—a six-person spa tub, too. Condo units have views of the gardens or ocean. All accommodations have air conditioning, patios or balconies, and full kitchens.
The hotel offers swimming in saltwater and freshwater pools; both on the oceanfront and both neighbored by coconut trees. The saltwater pool is larger and has a more spacious sundeck; more umbrellas. The freshwater pool complex includes a six-person hot tub and a cabana equipped with men's and women's changing rooms and showers.
The strikingly contemporary, flat-roofed, white-stucco, 142-room hotel has seven floors but appears to be low-rise because it's terraced so steeply into the cliff. Two wings descend the cliff, and between them is a narrow atrium garden containing fountains, ponds, waterfalls, and benches for guests to linger amid the water sounds and plantings. Outside the hotel's wings, lawn terraces provide panoramic ocean views and sunning sites.
This cliffside condominium resort offers 142 units in a dramatic, contemporary white-stucco building. These air-conditioned units feature extra-large furnished patios or balconies with garden or ocean views. Conveniences include full kitchens, dining tables and chairs, breakfast bars with stools, and washer/dryers.
