This beach-close hotel has a 34th floor rooftop with a pool, sundeck, and eight-person spa tub, all offering sweeping views of the Pacific and Diamond Head. The 146 condo-style rooms on 34 floors are air-conditioned, decorated in island style, and have kitchenettes or full kitchens; balconies offer city or ocean views.

Couples from around the world stay here for the prime location and access to Waikiki's endless entertainment choices such as shopping, nightlife, and beach activities. The penthouse pool is only medium-sized, but the adjoining hot tub holds eight. Sunshine floods the pool sundeck all day. From this socializing spot high above the Waikiki action, the ocean and Diamond Head present an unforgettable panorama. Just one level below the pool deck is a public area containing a refrigerator, sink, dining tables, and a television fronted by plush couches. Windows are all around and offer superb views.
