ResortQuest Waikoloa Colony Villas

The ResortQuest Waikoloa Colony Villas opened in January 2003 in an upscale gated community in the world-famous Waikoloa Resort. The resort is located on the 15th fairway of the spectacular beach golf course and offers stunning views of Mauna Kea, lava fields, and swaying palm trees.

All villas offer upscale "at home" comforts and decorated in a casual yet designer inspired furnishings. All suites are oversized, have fully-equipped kitchens, and generously sized furnished lanais.

Golfers will enjoy preferential rates and tee times. After the game, guests can unwind in our swimming pool and jet spa. Complimentary tennis and our fitness center are available for a non-golf workout. Nearby shopping and dining are available at the Kings Shops.

A spectacular beach, just minutes from your condominium. This popular, peppered, gold-sand beach, fringed by a grove of palms and backed by royal fishponds still full of mullet, is one of Hawaii's most beautiful. The beach slopes gently from shallow to deep water; swimming, snorkeling, diving, kayaking, and windsurfing are all excellent here. 
Equipment rental and snorkeling, scuba, and windsurfing instruction are available at the north end of the beach. At the far edge of  the bay is a rare turtle cleaning station, where snorkelers and divers can watch endangered green sea turtles line up, waiting their turn to have small fish clean them. There are rest rooms, showers, picnic tables, and plenty of parking.

Kings' Shops Shopping Center is located twenty minutes north of Kona International Airport along the Kohala Coast. The center has the largest selection of one-stop shopping on the coast. There are hula performances, live Hawaiian music and tours of petroglyph fields. This large complex of shops, restaurants and services with shopping, dining, and entertainment offering a variety of shops, restaurants and services.

The public exhibit at Kings' Shops presents the Big Island's unique evolution. Weekly guided tours of nearby petroglyph (Hawaiian hieroglyphics) and native hawaiian plants along with arts and crafts displays complement the historic murals depicting ancient Hawaii. An observation tower features descriptions of Mauna Kea, Mauna Loa and the Kohala Mountains with an adjacent telescope for detailed viewing. Weekly events and entertainment contribute to a truly unique and exciting shopping experience.
